Is the well known red-tailed hawk who has been patroling Central Park for many years.

Note the tree to the right. Note the branch that curves to the ground. The apex of the curve. Just to the left on a sun lit branch just behind.
I watched him for 15 minutes as he flew between four different perches terrorizing all the squirrels within sight.

He flew right over my head several times. I caught several shots with my canon snapshot camera. This was the best I could do with the camera phone.

I consider it your duty to advise the NYPD that they are flat-footed on their organization's obligation to catch and train raptors to swoop down and claw the corrupt grafter and the hypocritical politician...I mean the molesters and the muggers.
