Another part of Hoboken

Let's just say that the waterfront renovation is incomplete.

But frankly this little dock is beautiful AND there were large, red jellyfish floating around it. The Hudson is certainly cleaner these days.

I admire the initiative of some caring soul who, while perhaps lacking in proper tools, does erect domice for the avis.

But suppose a fellow who wanted to buy a Hudsonside 100,000 sq ft warehouse with his ZZZ credit rating and no income, who would he talk to?
