Counter view

A woman came in and told Mark he was getting a parking ticket. The ticket man had no sympathy. Me and my countermate did. I lamented aloud the fact that the fellow wouldn't give a shopowner the courtesy of a heads up.

"Ya take away that and this little town goes down" he replied. Nice fellow. We swapped parking ticket stories.
